DB OPTimize was founded in 2010. It specialized in Database Performance Tuning, Application Tuning and APM (Application Performance Management) solutions , like OEM (Oracle Enterprise Management), Precise etc.
DB OPTimize also provides short long and running assistant and guidance for organizations and developers accessing various databases, helping them to use the database in the right and efficient way, regardless the language being used by the developers (whether they are using JAVA, .NET, C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, PYTHON, or any other language).
About Merav Kedem
Merav Kedem, founder of DB OPTimize, has more than 25 years experience as DBA in Databases (DBA & ADBA), both for large production and development environments, specialized in database performance tuning. She delivers database services in various databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres and MongoDB.
Her passion for Oracle started in 1994, and her experience ranges from Oracle 19c down to Oracle 7, running on heterogeneous OS (Unix, Linux, Windows), on various platforms (Sun, HP-UX, AIX, LINUX, Tru64, Windows).
Merav is a public speaker (Oracle Week, Dev Geek Week), and a trainer.
She is also a member of ilOUG board (Israel Oracle User Group). She manages ilOUG‘s DATA forum (meetups, webinars, blogs) and communicated all ilOUG‘s messages in social medias: ilOUG in LinkedIn, ilOUG in facebook
Merav had worked for Precise Software Solutions (1998-2009) in various R&D positions (senior architect, team leader and software developer), and for Amdocs (1994-1998, as DBA).
She graduated from Tel-Aviv University with a B.A in Computer Science and in Economics.
